What is CCS?

It's a web-based, toll-free based tool which allows you to configure an unlimited number of extensions. Your potential customers will see your personal 800# on a sign, business card, or whatever you use to advertise your business. When your number is dialed, people are greeted with your customizable greeting, and then they have the option of entering an extension. For example, if you're a real estate agent, you can put your personal 800 # on a sign, with a "listing number" of 1000. A potential buyer, seeing the sign, will call the 800#, enter 1000 as the extension, and hear YOUR voice (or a custom message we can have recorded by our professional staff) describe the property. You can even offer the customer the option to press a number and have YOUR PHONE CONFERENCED IN!
